The stone placement on the 2 - 3 - 4 child versions is left to right. Stone 1 would be furthest left, Stone 2 is to the right of stone 1, and so on.

The background of the pendant looks slightly different than the image. It has an evenly patterned speckled appearance and not a sandblasted look as the image shows.
